  • New WebAPI In-app messaging. Message any member straight from their profile — delivered as a push notification to their app.
  • New WebAPI Member Benefits. Create and manage member benefits, set which sites each is available at, and surface them to members.
  • New Web Deregister a device by QR. Global Deregister now lets staff scan the QR code from the member's app to fill the device automatically.
  • Improved API Smarter renewals & payments. Renewal dates now come straight from the payment provider's billing period, a successful payment automatically reactivates a lapsed membership, and memberships with a scheduled payment retry are no longer expired early.
  • Improved API Clearer cancellations. A manually cancelled membership now shows as Cancelled (rather than Expired) through its final paid period.
  • Improved Web SEO & AI visibility. Public gym pages are now pre-rendered with full metadata so they're indexed cleanly by search engines and AI assistants.
July 2026
  • Improved WebAPI POS. Member-linked sales, a proper Z report, and an option to require a member on a sale.
  • Improved WebAPI Reporting. Custom report date fixes, saved presets and column totals.
  • New Web Mass marketing data sources. Build campaigns from prospects or an uploaded CSV, with export.
June 2026
  • New API Last entry time. A member's most recent gym entry is now cached on scan and shown against their record.
  • Improved API Reporting data. Added postcode, last entry time and date of birth to the Members by Status and Expired Memberships reports.
  • Fix API Dashboard live number now reports the correct current-members figure.

  • New Push notifications. Members receive in-app messages sent by their gym.
  • New Benefits. A new section listing the member benefits available to them.
  • New NFC gym access. Tap the NFC tag on the pod or turnstile as an alternative to scanning the QR with the camera.
  • Improved App info screen. Now shows a permissions traffic-light (notifications, location, camera, microphone) and the notification ID.
  • Fix Achievements & visit counts now update on every visit, even when an app update is pending.

  • New Multi-language support. The app is now available in 9 languages — English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Turkish and Arabic.
  • New Paid class bookings. Book and pay for paid classes directly in the app.
  • New My Referrals. Members can view and track the people they've referred.
  • Improved Achievements. Expanded achievement types and tracking.
  • Fix Android compliance. Native libraries realigned for the 16 KB page-size requirement.
